Hello,
Does anyone have a formal credit policy and a lien policy they are willing to share? I am looking for an SOP that has an established process that I can adjust as needed, but a good foundation would be helpful. I am new to the construction industry and I am not familiar with best practices with determining client risk, credit limits, etc. A credit application would be great too, but I have a few from prior roles that I can edit.
